| How do I determine when my subscription expires? | We are adding a fee reminder to the application in version 1.4.1.0 due to release on Sept 1, 2006. This will warn you 2 weeks prior to your service expiring. |
| How can I submit changes to my account? | Use the profile screen in the application or website to update your information. |
| Will my personal information and shipping history be sold to a third party? | DEK Consulting WILL NOT sell any of the shipping information stored for our customers or thier customers. |

| What are you billing option (ex: monthly, quarterly, annual, bi-annual)? | You can pay monthly , quarterly, Bi-annual and Annual through PayPal with a PayPal account or a credit card. If paying by check we only allow bi-Annual or Annual. |
| Is it safe to submit my credit card information online? | As long as you see the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of the site then you should feel safe. Otherwise, do not enter your Credit card online |
| What does a subscription cost and what payment methods are available? | DEK For MI cost 24.95 a month.

| When will my credit card be charged? | As soon as your order is placed. |
| How long does it take for billing (ex: account receivable) to process my payment? | If you pay via PayPal, the order is processed immediately, by check please allow 1 week for processing. |
| Can I switch between different payments plans without penalty? | If you change your subscription type, you will need to cancel your old subscription and start a new one. There will not be any interuption in service. |

| What happens if I am late on the monthly payment? Late fees? | There are no late fees. Service is terminated 30 days from the last fee payment. we are adding a fee reminder to the application in version 1.4.1.0 due to release on Sept 1, 2006 |
| What happens if there is a service issue during non-business hours? | Please leave voicemail and send email to upsmi@dekconsulting.com. We will resolve the issue as quick as possible. |

| Do you create custom templates? | A template can be downloaded from the website after logging in. Note that in version 1.3.3.x you do not need to use bulk upload, you can easily map your file and process the entire file. |
| What kind of computer (requirements) do I need to run your service/software? | Any Computer that can connect to the internet and run windows XP will run the DEK For MI software. |

| Can I integrate MS office with your software? | Using Office version 2003 or higher, you can connect to the webservice backend of DEKForMI and utilize all of the functionality. |
| What kind of printer will I need for your service? | You can use any printer, We recommend the zebra/Eltron LP2844 Label Printer. |
| Do I need a scale to use your software? | No, There is no need for a scale. |
| How much is a custom version? | Custom versions start at $500.00. Most Customizations will not exceed that. If you need a complex customization please email us a detailed outline of your needs and we will send you an estimate. |
| How will we (or our customer) go about tracing a shipment? If a customer with package id # 123456 reports not receiving merchandise – what is the procedure? | You would go to the Shipping History and click the Package id or Delivery confirmation number to get tracking on that package. |
| What is the End of day report? | The End of Day report is a detailed manifest of the days shipments. |
| How do I change the default weight? | The weight in DEK For MI is specific for international. If you are using a dataconnection then you can map the weight fields to a field in your database or file, or you can hard code a value. |
| How do you void a shipment? | Click on the actions menu
Then select shipping history.
go to the date that you shipped the package and click get shipments.
Click on the shipment you want to void and select delete shipment from the menu. |
| What is End of Day
| End of day is the report you can run to close out your shipments for the day. this report should go on file and with your driver. |
| How do I use Address Validation?
| Check the Address Validation checkbox before clicking print label.
The system will validate and change the address before it prints. |
| Where can I find logfile.txt? | logfile.txt is located in the application folder.
Generally this is c:\program files\dek consulting\dek for mi\logfile.txt |
